3. Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization information before submitting an order, including:

• Messages and quotes

• Photos and uploaded images

• Dates

• Designs and artwork

• Other personalization instructions

Once a customized product enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Customer-Provided Content

When you upload a photo, design, text, logo, artwork, or other content for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content for the requested product.
